Greenway Electric provides residential electrical services, residential new construction, and small commercial electrical services. We do not guarantee availability at all times and reserve the right to decline service requests.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates; however, pricing is not provided over the phone. Final pricing will be determined after an in-person evaluation.
Scheduling
Submitting a request or speaking with our AI assistant does not guarantee an appointment. A member of our team will contact you to confirm scheduling.
Communication & AI Assistance
By contacting us, you agree that calls may be answered or assisted by automated systems, including AI-based voice assistants. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, including contact details and service address. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to provide service.
Limitation of Liability
Greenway Electric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or communication systems.

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Greenway Electric through our website at https://www.greenwayelectric.biz/contact-us, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
